Tasting of Argentinian Viva Tango steaks & Bodega Abadia Retuerta wines!

Bodega Abadía Retuerta was founded in the 1990s and from the very beginning, using unique technologies, it has been producing wines of the highest quality. The quality of Abadía Retuerta wines is evidenced by the title of the best red wine in the world won in 2005 by Abadía Retuerta Selección Especial 2001 at the London International Wine & Spirit Competition.

in the company of Parillada de Carne, i.e.:
Grilled Argentine Beef – Bife de Lomo, Bife Ancho & Bife de Chorizo
served with chorizo, grilled vegetables, steak fries and a selection of sauces,
served on mini grills with lava stones.

We will finish with dessert, Basque cheesecake paired with sherry cream from Gonzalez Byass
